These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GYMES mobile application and contain information about the GYMES mobile application listed below.

By creating an account or using the GYMES mobile app, you accept these terms and conditions.

Data usage policy

To provide our mobile application, we need to collect and use your information. The privacy policy explains how we collect, use and share information.

User Guidelines

You must reach the minimum age from which the use of the GYMES mobile application is legally allowed in your country.
You should not be prohibited from receiving any of the components of our mobile application in accordance with applicable law or using mobile applications related to payments if you are on the current list of prohibited persons.
Your account should not be previously disabled by us for violating the law or any of our rules.
You may not impersonate other people or enter inaccurate information.
You may not commit illegal, misleading or deceptive actions or other actions for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You do not have the right to violate (or help others violate or encourage violations by others) these Terms or our policies, including, but not limited to the GYMES Community Guidelines.
You have no right to interfere with the normal operation of the mobile application or interfere with its work.
You may not attempt to create accounts, collect information or access it in unauthorized ways.
You may not attempt to buy, sell or transfer any component of your account (including your username) or request, collect or use credentials or badges of other users.
You do not have the right to publish other people's private or confidential information or to perform any actions that violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
We do not claim ownership of your content, but you give us a license to use it.
Do not delete or manipulate any trademarks, copyrights or watermarks in the GYMES mobile application.
You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device.
All copywrited drawings in application GYMES were provide courtesy of FIG and may not be reproduced or copied without authorisation of FIG.

Video upload rules:

The video should last no more than 30 seconds. And do not exceed the size of 20 mb.
The video must not contain inappropriate content according to the terms of use.
The video should not contain watermarks, text and other graphic objects.
Only you should be in the video. You have no right to impersonate other people or specify false information.
All elements must be performed in the equipped gym with a trainer.
Do not use copyrighted music in the video.
Before downloading the video passes moderation and may be rejected due to inconsistencies with the rules.

Deleting content and disabling or deleting your account

We have the right to delete any content or information that you share in the Service if we consider that they violate these Terms of Use or our rules.
The content you have deleted may be backed up for some time and will still be visible if other users have shared it.

Who will be responsible if something happens.

You agree that you are solely responsible for any actions taken from your account.
Our mobile application GYMES cannot guarantee its safety, protection and perfect work. To the extent permitted by law, we also disclaim all express and implied warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a purpose, which normally used are services or for a particular purpose, clean title, and non-infringement on intellectual property.
We also do not control the statements and actions of people and other persons and are not responsible for their (or your) actions and behavior (on and off the Internet) or content (including illegal or reprehensible). In addition, we are not responsible for the services and functions offered by other people or companies, even if you access them through our mobile app.
In case of problems with our mobile application, we are not able to predict all their possible consequences. You agree that we will not be liable for any lost profits or revenues, lost information or data, or indirect, punitive or incidental damages arising from or in connection with these Terms, even if we were aware of the possibility of their occurrence. This provision also applies to the deletion by us of your content, information or account.

Make sure that you train in safe conditions, in specialized gymnastics halls equipped with certified gymnastic apparatus in the presence of a trainer, before attempting to perform certain movements. GYMES is not responsible for damage caused to you, other people or any property. Please take measures of safety and personal experience before attempting to master the skills, consider your training when learning gymnastic elements.

Updating these Terms

We may change our mobile application and rules, and we may need to make changes to these Terms to accurately reflect our mobile application and rules. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, using our Service) before making changes to these Terms and conditions and give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with such changes before they take effect. If you continue to use the GYMES mobile app after this, you will be required to comply with the updated Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or any updated version of the Terms, you can delete your account.
